THURSDAY 31ST MAY DOORS 7:30PM £5 OTD
Thursday eardribbles, from friends near and far, encompassing psych, surf, mirth and Myrtle.
// The Nature Centre //
The Nature Centre is a band from Birmingham that plays bouncy psych pop. Expect banjos, bleeps and skronky rhythms, weaved through tunes that bring to mind The Slits, Family Fodder and the best bits of Brum.
// Vinegar //
More of a collective than a band, Bristol-based Vinegar writes jangly, reverby guitar driven songs which blur the line between shoegaze and pop, post-rock / psychedelia and straight ahead rock n roll, creating what the band term as lo-fi surf-psyche pop!
// John Myrtle //
Jangle-fresh, expert songwriting from an anthropomorphic bug expert.
(More to be announced, maybe…
£5 on the door)
