Hatha yoga class including flowing sequences, classical poses and breathing techniques for stamina, flexibility and strength and promoting calm in the mind.
This 1 and a half hour class includes meditation and full relaxation with singing bowls.
Beginners are very welcome and please bring water, a towel and a non-slip mat (there are limited mats on a first come basis).
